Three relationships, each described for what it is.
Most firms publish a network page as a badge wall, the easiest reassurance to fake. We take the opposite position: a relationship earns its place here only when it changes how your work gets done, and we label exactly how settled it is.
Accounting partnership
Your books are kept on Wafeq, accounting software accredited by the Federal Tax Authority.
Free-zone channels
Direct working channels with the zones we register through, so the process is known, not guessed.
Banking network
We prepare your case for the right desk. The decision stays the bank's, and we say so.
Where an agreement is still forming, we say so. We never imply a relationship is settled when it is not.
Your books, kept on an FTA-accredited platform.
Our bookkeeping and compliance work runs on Wafeq, UAE accounting software accredited by the Federal Tax Authority. A working partnership, not a badge: your records sit in a system built for UAE corporate tax and VAT, with figures we can defend to the authority.
Built for the tax, not retrofitted
Books kept in a format ready for UAE corporate tax and VAT from the start, never reconstructed in a panic at year end.
One ledger, one source of truth
Invoicing, expenses, and reporting in one place, so a tax filing continues the bookkeeping rather than scrambling to rebuild it.
The platform is yours
If you ever move on, your records move with you in a clean, standard format. No lock-in, no hostage data: the ledger stays yours.
A fair question to ask any advisor
Accounting software alone keeps you compliant.
The advisor's note: Software records what you enter. It does not decide what is deductible, when a filing is due, or how a free-zone activity is treated for tax. Wafeq gives us a clean, FTA-ready ledger. The compliance comes from the person reading it, and that person is us: named, dated, answerable.

The zones we register through, and why it matters.
When a free zone is the right structure, we register through authorities we hold a direct working channel with: a known process, a named contact, fewer surprises at submission. We work through several, so the recommendation is never forced by where one relationship sits.
A flexible Dubai base
The International Free Zone Authority. A cost-aware base we use often for consultancy, trading, and holding activities, set up remotely when the founder is outside the UAE.
Lean and industrial
Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. A strong fit when a leaner cost base or an industrial or trading activity points away from Dubai.
A growing list
We also register through DMCC, Meydan, Dubai South, and others. The right zone is chosen for your activity, never for where a relationship sits.
We choose the structure first, then fit the zone to it. The number that follows is shaped privately around your case, never the reason a zone is recommended.
We prepare you to approach the bank. We do not promise the outcome.
Opening a UAE business account is a credit and compliance decision the bank makes under Central Bank regulation, not something any advisor controls. We work with the major UAE banks regularly and know what each looks for. Our role is to present your case clear, complete, and credible, then introduce it to the right desk.
Read the case
We assess your activity, ownership, and source-of-funds story the way a bank's compliance team will, before anyone applies.
Match the bank
Different banks favour different activities and structures. We point you at the desk most likely to be comfortable with yours, not applying everywhere at once.
Prepare the file
Documents assembled, gaps closed, the business explained clearly, so the application never stalls on a missing letter or an unanswered question.
Introduce and support
We make the introduction and stay alongside through review. The decision is the bank's; a well-prepared case is what improves the odds.
What some setup firms imply
Use us and a UAE bank account is guaranteed.
The advisor's note: No one outside the bank can guarantee an account, and any firm that says otherwise is selling something it cannot deliver. Banks run their own compliance and reserve the right to decline. What we control is the quality and clarity of the case we put in front of them, and that is exactly where we put the work.
More on how we handle this: corporate banking.
Why the whole network sits behind one advisor.
The value is not the names on the list. The licence choice shapes the banking case, and the banking case shapes the books. Handled in that order by one person, the structure is right the first time, not patched later.
One advisor underneath all three. No sales desk, no setup team, no accounts team who never speak. The structure decides; the network executes for your case.
