IFZA service provider change, audit and renewal open
An existing IFZA company moved its administration to us with audit paperwork open and renewal close. We kept all three moving together.
To change IFZA service provider, this company needed a valid NOC from its previous provider, with financial reporting requests and its renewal running at the same time. We coordinated the NOC and the handover, and IFZA confirmed DM Consultancy as the company's corporate services partner. A licensed external audit firm then delivered its final audit report, and IFZA reported the renewed documents available.
The situation
The company was already licensed in IFZA and wanted a new service provider to manage its administration. The change needed a valid no-objection certificate (NOC) from the previous provider.
Two other matters were open at the same time. Financial reporting documents had been requested. The licence was also approaching renewal.
What we handled
Handover, audit and renewal ran side by side. We tracked them as one file, because a paper missed between two providers can hold up the audit and the renewal together.
Provider change
We coordinated the change, including the previous provider's NOC. IFZA then recorded DM Consultancy as the corporate services partner.

Points for your own handover
What this handover needed, in the order it came up.
- The NOC comes first. The move to a new provider needed a valid NOC from the previous one.
- The calendar keeps running.Audit paperwork and renewal carried on through the handover, so the new provider picks both up from day one.
- The audit is the auditor's work.We gathered papers and signatures, and the licensed audit firm issued the report.
