A pest control licence in Dubai starts with a No Objection Certificate from Dubai Municipality's Public Health Pest Control Section, which comes before the trade licence on either route. The Municipality then inspects staff, pesticide stores and vehicles, issues ID cards to qualified staff and classifies each company by its team, contracts and inspection results.
