Who issues my licence?

Shams Free Zone issues your licence, in your company's name, as it does for every company it registers. Your advisor prepares the application and stays with you until it is issued.

What does the price cover?

Everything ticked on your package card: the licence, desk and lease, plus your visa on Resident Founder. Your written quote confirms each line before you start.

Can I set up from abroad?

Yes. Shams issues licences online, so your company is formed while you stay abroad. The residence visa needs one trip to the UAE for the medical and fingerprints.

Can my family join me later?

Yes. Once your residence visa is issued, you can sponsor your spouse and children, with sons covered up to 25 and daughters until they marry.

Can I invoice clients worldwide?

Yes. A Shams company can invoice clients abroad under its licensed activities, so the licence should name the work your contracts describe.
