Who issues my licence?

Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone issues your licence, in your company's name, as it does for every company it registers. It is its own free zone, apart from Ajman Free Zone.

What does the price cover?

Everything ticked on your package card: the licence, lease and bank letter, plus your visa on Resident Founder. Your written quote confirms each line before you start.

Can I set up from abroad?

Yes. ANCFZ registers companies online, so the licence can be done from abroad. The residence visa needs you in the UAE for the medical in Ajman and your Emirates ID.

Can my family join me later?

Yes. Once your residence visa is issued, you can sponsor your spouse and children, with sons covered up to 25 and daughters until they marry.

Can partners share one licence?

Yes. ANCFZ has a Free Zone Company for several shareholders and a Free Zone Establishment for a single owner, individual or corporate.
